New ownership, new opportunities. Purchasing a distressed asset, new ownership was looking to assertively reposition this two-building campus in the marketplace. After an initial invitation to participate in a design competition Brereton was selected to help ownership reimagine what could be possible for Concord Corporate Centre.

The property has a good set of bones but was looking dog eared after many years of neglect. Pushing the boundaries of owner and tenant expectations for amenitization Brereton got to work, with a design vision and a little love to transform Concord Corporate Centre into a destination address.

Improvements include redesigned central courtyard, new entry features, two redesigned building lobbies, new tenant lounge and new training/conference center and redesigned tenant cafe.
