Lendingclub asked Brereton to design their 15,000 SF executive floor at 595 Market in addition to re-stacking their entire real estate footprint that encompassed 11 floors in two buildings in downtown San Francisco. The design concept for the executive floor ties into the existing brand that is present on the other floors. A refined and moody aesthetic was layered into the design to set the executive floor apart from the others. One of the design goals was locating the main pantry, with cold brew and kombucha bar, just off the elevator lobby to create buzz. The use of exposed black ceilings with contrasting light materials such as wood floors, organic wood fin wall, white tiles and custom patterned acoustic panels completed the design.
