Dufwin Theater is a core+shell remodel project to a historic building in downtown Oakland, California.  This repositioning project includes ten new window openings, new Ground Level storefront and glass entry canopy in the historic 17th Street façade, in addition to a lobby remodel, common area improvements, and a new 7th Floor roof deck.  The lobby remodel includes the reduction and conversion of a 5-story atrium at the former entry vestibule to a 2-story volume within the newly defined building lobby, while capturing additional square footage from the original atrium on three floors.
