This project included work for 7 floors of tenant improvement work in addition to the design of building amenities that included bike storage, showers, mail room facilities, historical archive library, exterior signage and upgrades, and ground floor building lobby renovation with adjoining retail space. Work for this client also included tenant improvement work at several satellite offices throughout California.
